*Haircut Policies
Haircuts are a maintenance service offered between perm appointments only. Clients may book a haircut between perms, typically around 1.5 months after a perm, depending on individual hair growth.
Haircuts must be scheduled within 2 months of your last perm. After this time, hair growth makes the shape harder to maintain and more difficult to cut properly, so a new perm appointment is required.

Haircut Policy
Chemical Clients Only: Standalone haircuts are no longer available via online booking. Haircuts are strictly reserved for clients who receive chemical services (Perm/Color).
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too.
All appointments require a card deposit at the time of booking.
1. Required Card Deposit
- Slot 1: $100
- Slot 2: $80
- Slot 3: $80
2. Change Policy
Appointments booked in Slot 1 or Slot 2 are reserved exclusively for a Full Perm service. After arrival, the service cannot be changed to a Haircut service.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made by text message only. Rescheduling is not available.
- To receive a full refund, please submit your cancellation request by text message no later than:
- Slot 1: 5 calendar days before your appointment
- Slot 2 and Slot 3: 3 calendar days before your appointment
- Refunds will be processed to the original card. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear.
- For cancellations made after the deadline, or for no-shows, an additional charge equal to 50% of the booked service price will be charged to the card used at booking.
